  1. Products & Orders
  • Zevarsmith specializes in premium 925 Sterling Silver jewellery featuring Moissanite and Lab-Grown Diamonds.
  • Most products are made to order to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and quality.
  • We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, dimensions, and colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, or the handcrafted nature of the products.
  • All product weights and dimensions are approximate.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory issues, payment verification concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  1. Pricing & Payments
  • All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices applicable at the time of placing the order shall be considered final.
  • Zevarsmith reserves the right to revise product prices, offers, promotions, or discounts without prior notice.
  • Full payment must be successfully received before your order enters production or dispatch.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Since most products are handcrafted, orders generally require 10–14 working days for manufacturing.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 5–6 working days after dispatch.
  • Total estimated delivery time is approximately 15–20 working days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We currently ship across India.
  • For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
  1. Order Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, We offer a 7-day replacement for manufacturing defects. Returns for change of mind are not accepted as most pieces are made to order.
  • Exchanges are only available for products received with manufacturing defects or damage.
  • To request an exchange, customers must:
    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Provide a complete unboxing video showing the unopened package being opened.
    • Share clear photographs of the issue.
  • Zevarsmith reserves the right to inspect and verify all exchange requests before approval.
  1. Product Care
  • Sterling silver jewellery naturally tarnishes over time and should be cleaned periodically using appropriate silver polishing methods.
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chemicals, chlorine, and excessive moisture.
  • Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper storage are not covered under any exchange policy.
